As part of its strategy to develop administrative skills and establish a culture of continuous training, the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA) organized a regional training course for the directors of the provincial agencies in the western region, on Monday, July 14, 2025, in Oran. This initiative aims to address the challenges of the current phase and keep pace with the new dynamics the agency is experiencing at various levels.
Commissioned by the General Manager of the Agency, Ms. Fella Mostaganemi, Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, presided over the opening of the "Pack Manager" regional training session. The event was organized on Monday, July 14, 2025, in the city of Oran, with the participation of the provincial agency directors from Oran, Chlef, Tlemcen, Bechar, Saida, Sidi Bel Abbes, Tiaret, Mascara, El Bayadh, Ain Defla, Relizane, Ain Temouchent, Mostaganem, and Naama. This session is part of the "Pack Manager" program, which aims to strengthen the administrative and leadership capabilities of the Agency’s executives. It focuses on developing their skills to keep pace with organizational shifts and ongoing reforms, enabling them to adapt effectively to the requirements of the new phase. In this context, the Director conducted a field visit to the NESDA provincial headquarters in Oran, where she reviewed working conditions and listened to the concerns of executives and employees. This visit aligns with the Agency's commitment to fostering a culture of listening and openness, ensuring the improvement of the professional environment, and valuing human capital as a pivotal element in enhancing institutional performance. This training dynamism is part of the Agency’s vision to consolidate the foundations of modern governance and empower local leadership with effective tools to support project holders. This approach fosters a spirit of initiative and professionalism while keeping pace with the strategic transformation currently underway at NESDA.
