Creation of micro-enterprise

Support for the creation of micro-enterprises for young entrepreneurs includes financing, administrative and technical assistance, providing the necessary training and ensuring project follow-up from the beginning until the start of activity.

Eligibility conditions

Age : 18-55 years
Not having previously benefited from any support mechanism to create a micro-enterprise.
having a certificate or professional qualification and/or recognized knowledge and skills certified.
Providing a personal financial contribution according to one of the selected financing.

Online registration and training

Registration via the digital platform after training at one of the Entrepreneurship Development Centers.

Project evaluation

The Agency’s services evaluate the project using a risk assessment system based on feasibility, efficiency, and financing criteria, and submit it to the Wilaya Committee if the evaluation exceeds 50%.

Project Presentation to the committee

The project holder presents the project to the committee for selecting, approving, and financing investment projects (CSVF) at the Wilaya.

Start of activity

Start of activity

Appeal procedures: In case of project rejection, an appeal can be filed with the Secretariat of the Committee within 15 days of notification. If rejected finally, the National Appeals Committee may be approached.

Target groups

Owners of micro-enterprises who previously benefited from the agency's support
Beneficiaries of the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM)
Beneficiaries of the National Unemployment Insurance Fund (CNAC)
Farmers, artisans, license holders and those with a commercial registration

General conditions

Age : 20-58 years
Must have been active during the last two years with proof.
Submission of accounting results and tax declarations (G12, C20)
