The privileges of the NESDA’s mechanism cover the phases of setting up micro-enterprises and expanding their activity. The mechanism also includes various vital economic sectors to encourage entrepreneurship and investment in Algeria.
Creation of micro-enterprise
Support for the creation of micro-enterprises for young entrepreneurs includes financing, administrative and technical assistance, providing the necessary training and ensuring project follow-up from the beginning until the start of activity.

Phases of creation
Registration via the digital platform after training at one of the Entrepreneurship Development Centers.
Digital Registration PlatformThe Agency’s services evaluate the project using a risk assessment system based on feasibility, efficiency, and financing criteria, and submit it to the Wilaya Committee if the evaluation exceeds 50%.
The project holder presents the project to the committee for selecting, approving, and financing investment projects (CSVF) at the Wilaya.

The project is evaluated according to a risk assessment system, and the project holder may be directed to training if the evaluation exceeds 50%.
