Benefiting from the importation of equipment, operations, and services
Within the framework of the Ministry of Foreign Trade’s efforts to strengthen import procedures and ensure better protection of national products, we inform all start-ups and microenterprises under our ministerial departments that, according to the new regulatory provisions, any document related to the expected import program for equipment and operations, submitted for final verification by the Ministry of Trade, must first be approved by the authorized departments within the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups, and Micro-enterprises.
Mandatory approval of the expected import program has become a prerequisite and necessary condition for any transaction subject to verification by the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
Regarding service imports, and in accordance with Ministerial Decree n° 55 of 13 July 2025, a joint ministerial committee has been established, mandated to assess and authorize exceptional service imports.
