Higher Education and Scientific Research Institutions

Partnership with institutions in the higher education and scientific research sector, under the supervision of the tutelage ministry, falls within the framework of opening Entrepreneurship Development Centers across the university network. The goal is to coordinate their management and organize training sessions, conducted jointly by university professors and trainers from the Agency according to the planned work programs.

These Entrepreneurship Development Centers play a vital role in promoting entrepreneurship in universities through training, awareness, and support activities they provide.

Education and Vocational Training Institutions

In order to expand the experience of Entrepreneurship Development Centers to the network of education and vocational training institutions, this partnership, under the supervision of the tutelage ministry, aims to coordinate the opening of these Centers, regulate their management, organize training sessions, in addition to training trainers from the sector with the support of Agency trainers.

These centers are considered a key factor in promoting entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurship within education and vocational training through their training, awareness, and support activities.

Banking Institutions

The partnership with public banking institutions falls within the framework of the Agency’s mechanism and is reflected in the triangular financing structure, under which the bank loan represents 70% of the investment, in addition to a 100% rebate interest bank. This acts as an incentive to create micro-enterprises and expanding their activities.

Bank financing plays a pivotal role in the Agency’s mechanism due to its importance in the process of setting up micro-enterprises and expanding their activities.

Economic institutions

Within the framework of accompanying micro-enterprises and supporting their activities, the Agency collaborates with both public and private economic operators to promote goods and services of micro-enterprises and the advantages they provide through the economic value chain, including supplying inputs, auxiliary services, and subcontracting.

These partnerships allow micro-enterprises to get closer to economic operators, exchange expertise, and exploit business opportunities from supplying raw materials to subcontracting certain activities.

In this regard, the Agency ensures the signing of partnership agreements with various economic operators, with several agreements concluded at the local and national levels, including:

  • Regional branches of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council
  • National Fund for Agricultural Cooperation
  • Algerian Water and Sanitation Company – SEAAL (Société des Eaux et de l’Assainissement d’Alger)
  • Algerian Water Company
  • Local economic companies in the food industry, manufacturing, and services

Public Institutions and Bodies

To ensure continuous coordination with various public institutions and bodies involved in supporting micro-enterprises throughout their creation and operation, and in order to establish a stimulating entrepreneurial ecosystem that fosters opportunities. The Agency aims through these partnerships to simplify and improve procedures, exchange experiences and data, and coordinate activities, especially those related to awareness, communication, and support, in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force.
