Registration at the National Center for Commercial Register (CNRC)

Within the framework of the measures of Law No. 04-08 dated 27 Jumada II 1425 corresponding to 14 August 2004, as amended and supplemented, as well as Executive Decree No. 23-169 dated 24 April 2023, the procedures for managing and operating the electronic portal dedicated to the creation of institutions, as well as the procedures for registration, transfer, receipt of electronic documents, and granting the common identification number.

Electronic portal for establishing institutions

The National Commercial Register Center (CNRC) provides a dedicated electronic portal for procedures related to the establishment of businesses, in coordination with relevant authorities, particularly:

  • The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI)
  • The National Social Security Fund for the Self-Employed (CASNOS)
  • The National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS)
  • The National Statistics Office (ONS)

Portal services

The electronic portal provides various information and procedures related to the establishment of an institution, in accordance with the applicable legislation, in the field of commercial registration, taxes, social security and economic statistics.

The registration of the establishment through the electronic portal for the establishment of establishments constitutes the only registration after it has been approved by the National Center for the Commercial Register and confirmed by the competent authorities
