The electronic public procurement portal offers a new approach to work, aiming to establish more modern, simpler, easier, and faster procedures between economic operators and contracting authorities in the field of public procurement. It aims to ensure greater respect for the principles of free access to public procurement, equality among candidates, and transparency of procedures.

The electronic portal also provides economic operators and micro-enterprises holders with various information and data related to public procurement at the national level, especially consultations and public contracts, in addition to providing other services such as viewing various calls for competition and downloading terms and conditions.

Registration Process

Step one: access to the electronic portal of public procurement.
Step two: Click on “create a new account or “register”.
Step three: fill requested data (institution information, communication data).

The National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency (NESDA) is keen to provide the necessary support to micro-enterprises in the process of registration and benefiting from the services of the public procurement portal, through organizing training sessions and introductory workshops on how to make the best use of these digital services.
