The program focuses on import substitution by replacing imported inputs with Algerian products and services through the creation or development of micro-enterprises capable of meeting the needs of economic operators across various sectors. "Al Tawteen" acts as an accelerator that speeds up the integration between micro-enterprises and large economic operators, providing new opportunities for cooperation and local production. Furthermore, "Al Tawteen" contributes to strengthening the capabilities of national enterprises by providing sustainable job opportunities and local markets, building strong economic links between micro-enterprises and major players, reducing the import bill, and enhancing the competitiveness of the local market. The General Manager of the Agency, Mr. Bilel Achaacha, emphasizes that the program relies on a smart and rapid communication mechanism that enables effective linkage between micro-enterprise providers of products and services and large economic operators. This opens the door for new cooperation and investment opportunities that strengthen the national production system and support the path of comprehensive economic growth.
