In a step that strengthens cooperation between national bodies supporting economic development, the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA) concluded a strategic partnership agreement with the National Agricultural Mutual Insurance Fund (CNMA) on Tuesday morning, January 28, 2025. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the Agency's General Manager, Mr. Bilel Achaacha, and the Fund's General Manager, Mr. Cherif Benhabiles, along with executives from both parties. This partnership is centered on providing owners of agricultural micro-enterprises with a comprehensive support system that includes supervision, training, and field support. Additionally, it provides specialized insurance services against risks associated with the nature of agricultural activity, aiming to ensure the continuity of these enterprises and improve their ability to face challenges. The agreement also stipulates the implementation of support programs for project holders to enhance their skills in the areas of prevention, planning, and management, allowing for the development of successful business models. This initiative aligns with the national strategy to promote entrepreneurship and expand the base of productive micro-enterprises in vital sectors such as agriculture and rural services. It opens new horizons for youth and local investors to build sustainable and secure projects within a structured environment, driven by an effective partnership between public support institutions and the insurance sector.
