The year 2026 began with great vitality and momentum for the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency (NESDA). The agency established a strong presence across a series of economic and professional events, with a primary focus on supporting productive projects and innovative initiatives. NESDA kicked off its participation at the first National Exhibition of Algerian Services Dedicated to Export (Algeria Export Fair 2026) in Constantine, held from January 5th to 8th. This event served as a strategic platform to showcase national expertise in services and digital solutions, while fostering partnerships and knowledge exchange. During the exhibition, the Agency presented successful models of micro-enterprises led by young Algerians who have embraced innovation and technology to build projects with high added value, capable of growth and expansion into international markets NESDA continued its active presence by participating in the first edition of the National Exhibition of Exported Algerian Products (SNEPAL 2026) in Oran, held from January 12th to 15th at the 'Ahmed Ben Ahmed' Exhibition Center. The Agency’s pavilion featured a showcase of digital platforms and modern programs tailored for entrepreneurs and economic stakeholders. It also presented success stories of enterprises that have already begun exporting or possess products with high potential for international markets. The event was attended by the Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion and the Wali of Oran, underscoring the state’s commitment to supporting national economic initiatives and diversifying exports beyond the hydrocarbon sector. During the same period, NESDA took part in the annual Regional Citrus Exhibition in Blida, held under the theme: 'Digitalization: Standardizing Citrus Production and Boosting Exports.' Funded micro-enterprises showcased their products, ranging from essential oils to organic fertilizers. Furthermore, experts participated in specialized workshops focused on agricultural digitalization, the enhancement of production standards, and the expansion of export prospects. The event was attended by the Wali of Blida, who reviewed the significant contributions of local projects to the regional economy The Agency also participated in the Algeria Job Summit (Exhibition for Employment, Training, and Entrepreneurship) in Sétif. At the NESDA pavilion, detailed presentations were provided to students, graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs regarding support mechanisms and opportunities for establishing micro-enterprises. This participation aimed to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and encourage a spirit of initiative among the youth. NESDA concluded its monthly activities by participating in the 8th edition of the International Agricultural Exhibition (AGRIPROEXPO 2026) in Oran, held from January 21st to 24th at the 'Mohamed Ben Ahmed' Convention Center. The participation aimed to introduce visitors to the Agency's missions and programs, while showcasing the incentives and advantages provided by the NESDA mechanism for entrepreneurs and pioneering projects in the agricultural sector. The Agency's pavilion saw a significant turnout, reflecting a growing interest in supporting innovation and enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy on both local and international levels.
