NESDA Launches CDE Online : A New Step Toward Empowering Entrepreneurs and fostering Entrepreneurship Culture.

On the occasion of the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency's (NESDA) participation in the 3rd edition of the National Forum for Employment and Entrepreneurship—held on Thursday, March 5, at the Higher School of Hotel and Catering in Algiers by the Supreme Council for Youth—the Agency announces the official launch of 'CDE Online'. This innovative digital platform is dedicated to remote training in the field of entrepreneurship.

This initiative is part of the Agency’s strategy to generalize the culture of entrepreneurship and strengthen support mechanisms for project holders in wilayas where physical Entrepreneurship Development Centers (CDE) are unavailable. It also extends to members of the Algerian community abroad, employees aspiring to establish their own enterprises, as well as freelancers and people with special needs. The CDE Online platform serves as an integrated digital space designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs from the ideation stage to the realization of a bankable project. This is achieved through a comprehensive 30-hour training track, focusing on core pillars that include : - Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Planning. - Operational Management and Resource Management. - Business Creation and Legal Framework. - Financial Engineering and Project Modeling. - Digitization and Digital Marketing. The program relies on a modern pedagogical methodology that includes educational videos, downloadable course materials, and assessment quizzes after each module. The course concludes with a final exam, leading to the awarding of a certificate of completion for participants who meet the validation requirements. Furthermore, this platform serves as a practical solution for project holders in wilayas lacking a physical Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE), as well as for those unable to attend in-person training. This reflects the Agency’s commitment to the principle of equal opportunity and the universalization of benefits. In this context, the Director General of the Agency, Mr. Billel Achacha, stated : "The launch of the CDE Online platform marks a qualitative milestone in the Agency’s digital transformation journey and the strengthening of remote support mechanisms. Through this initiative, we aim to empower youth and project holders—both within the national territory and abroad—by equipping them with the necessary skills and tools to establish successful and sustainable enterprises. This will contribute to wealth creation, job generation, and the overall support of the national economy ».
