The visit of Mr. Bilel Achaacha, General Manager of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA), to the province of Tissemsilt began alongside Mr. Bouzaid Fethi, the Wali (Governor) of the province, with the inauguration of the new headquarters for the provincial agency branch. This achievement marks a new building block in the rehabilitation of the Agency's local structures, enhancing its readiness to receive project holders and providing a suitable, stimulating work environment that improves the quality of support services throughout the stages of creating and expanding micro-enterprises. In the second stage of the visit, the official delegation proceeded to the University of Djilali Bounama, where the General Manager and the Wali reviewed the activities of the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE). They attended the conclusion of the "I Am an Entrepreneur" (??? ?????) training cycle dedicated to university students. This initiative falls within the framework of strengthening the pedagogical integration of entrepreneurship in the university environment and stimulating the spirit of innovation and initiative among youth, as they are a pivotal pillar in building a renewed and sustainable local economy. The visit continued at the "Mouloud Naït Belkacem" House of Culture, which hosted an information day under the slogan: "#Impact70 at the Service of Local Development." The event featured a detailed presentation on the program and its objectives, particularly regarding linking micro-enterprises to the local economic fabric and activating subcontracting tools and workload plans at the provincial level. Additionally, a Local Micro-Enterprise Exhibition was opened, seeing broad participation from project holders and NESDA beneficiaries, alongside various local economic actors. In the context of supporting partnership and institutional integration, the occasion witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between the Agency and both the Regional Agricultural Mutual Insurance Fund and the Provincial Employment Agency. These agreements aim to unify efforts and provide effective mechanisms to empower project holders with real opportunities for professional and productive integration, ensuring the sustainability of their enterprises within a harmonious and supportive economic system. The visit concluded with a consultative meeting with the executives and staff of the provincial agency. The General Manager expressed his appreciation for the efforts made at the local level, emphasizing the necessity of consolidating a results-based performance culture and strengthening mechanisms for listening and engagement, in line with the economic transformations the country is undergoing and the new strategic directions of the Agency.
